Georgia Artisan gladly accepts cancellations.

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.

Due to the custom nature of each individual order, Georgia Artisan does not accept returns or exchanges.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order; we’ll do our best to make you happy! Any damage during shipping is covered under the warranty and we’ll repair or replace it.

Georgia sales tax applies to residents.

Shipping

Free shipping to anywhere in the nation! We try to deliver as many orders in person as possible, but if not, we use a common freight carrier. The order will be delivered to your door step, and may require your assistance getting the order off of the truck.

Premium White Glove Upgrade will bump your shipment to a higher class freight that will pay for white glove delivery service. This includes bringing your order to your room of choice, unpacking it, assisting in assembly, and removing all the packaging for you. You can select this option at check out! Note that the white glove delivery will add at least a week to the delivery time; this is the time it takes to coordinate between a local delivery company and our freight provider.

On smaller items, we ship with Fedex home delivery on Tuesday- Saturday.

We do not ship outside the continental US.

We use reclaimed wood, BUT we make finished products. Your furniture from us will be smooth to the touch while having plenty of character. If you have any concern about the wood or the nature of our products, please email or call us and we can talk through the details of it. It’s our job to make you happy and we want to make sure you get exactly what you want.
